This spacious, recently renovated villa offers direct lake access. The main villa and charming guest house can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. With its private marina and natural swimming pool, this villa provides everything needed for an unforgettable holiday for large groups or families. The villa features private landscaped gardens with numerous recreational activities: children can enjoy a trampoline, swing set, bicycles, canoes, SUP boards, billiards, ping pong, table football and volleyball. Or simply unwind in the sunny garden's lounge area among century-old magnolia trees, palms and jasmine while admiring the magnificent lake views and atmosphere surrounded by the snow-capped peaks of Monte Rosa. The villa is situated on a quiet one-way street, perfect for pedestrians and cyclists. Within walking distance lies the small, romantic town of Pallanza with its characteristic churches, shops, fine restaurants and Villa Giulia park. Just minutes away, the larger town of Intra offers shopping, boutiques, restaurants, terraces and the famous Villa Taranto botanical gardens.

Interiors
The main villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms while the guest house sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The interiors are elegantly and comfortably furnished. The main villa's living room features a large sofa and inviting fireplace. The spacious dining area seats up to 16 people and the large kitchen is fully equipped. The upper floor houses a recreational area, billiard table and variety of games for children and adults. For guest entertainment and comfort, the villa offers satellite television, an internal and external sound system throughout the property and complimentary internet connection. All guest house bedrooms have direct access to the villa's outdoor areas.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Enjoy the modern kitchen featuring a large refrigerator with ice maker, induction cooking island, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, microwave, wine cooler and coffee station. Sip drinks at the bar, dine in the dining room or on the large heated lakefront terrace. Or settle into comfortable dining chairs under the magnificent magnolia tree and prepare steaks on the Big Green Egg barbecue.

Accommodation
The villa and guest house offer 7 bedrooms total. The main villa has 3 bedrooms, the guest house features 4 bedrooms. Two additional beds and two children's beds are available. Each room has air conditioning and window screens. The 6 bathrooms (3 in the villa, 3 in the guest house) all feature showers, single or double sinks, hair dryers, ventilation systems and towels. The main villa has a ground floor guest bathroom and the garden features a second guest shower and toilet facilities. There's also an outdoor shower next to the marina.

Outdoor Areas
Outside you'll find two large covered terraces equipped with outdoor furniture. This villa offers numerous outdoor activities for guests and the manicured lawn provides splendid lake, mountain and island views. Included in the villa rental price are canoes, a SUP board, sailboat and inflatable boat, located in the private marina. Motorboat rentals are available upon request.

Indoor Recreation
The villa features a recreation room with a large billiard table that belonged to a 1950s billiards star. On the partially covered terrace there's a ping pong table and table football. Satellite television in the dining and living rooms offers international channels.

Water Activities
The marina houses various boats, canoes and SUP boards. Relax on the dock loungers or take a swim in the natural pool!

Children's Amenities
The house is child-friendly offering numerous amenities: swing set, soccer and volleyball nets, trampoline, children's beds, high chairs, life jackets.

The meeting room accommodates 14 people and features a presentation whiteboard, television and sound system. Additional rooms available at the nearby Hotel Majestic.

Water Sports
For water sports enthusiasts, the property offers everything desired including swimming, snorkeling, sailing, rowing, wakeboarding, surfing, paddle boarding, canoeing. A private marina for large boats (up to 10m) with an internal floating mooring platform and external dock provides boat mooring facilities. This marina can also serve as a private swimming pool or sun deck and is safe for children. Part of the marina is covered for small boat mooring. A private buoy is available for mooring. Complimentary use includes 3 canoes, one paddle board (with or without sail), a small sailboat (Laser Pico) and 2 small SUP boards. Motorboat rentals (no license required) can be arranged with additional rental services.
